IMFIT PTE LTD provides an AI-powered diagramming and visualization platform through Chat Diagram. Our services include, but are not limited to, natural language processing for diagram creation, collaborative diagramming tools, and diagram export capabilities. We strive to deliver these services with the highest standards of quality and technical excellence.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Users must provide accurate information and promptly update any changes to their account information. Users agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Users retain ownership of their content created using our platform. However, by using our services, users grant IMFIT PTE LTD a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display the content for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same.

PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTION

Some features of Chat Diagram may require a paid subscription. Payment terms, including pricing and billing cycles, will be clearly communicated before purchase. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice to users. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY

We take data privacy and security seriously. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IMFIT PTE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore, Singapore.
